Dr Barakat and her entire staff are simply the best! I’ve always had such anxiety going to the dentist. Dr B acknowledges that and has always worked extra hard to allay my fears. She is so knowledgeable and always has the very latest updates in dentistry. She truly cares about her patients! She is a wonderful asset to the city of Gardendale.

The kindest and Sweetest staff....The dentist is heartwarming and caring!... I went to get a little botox and everything was so smooth and I was told all about the procedure and what to look for within a 24 hour period...I am from Georgia and I might have to transfer my insurance to Smiles in Gardendale..Go and check it out for, yourself! ...A Wonderful Experience!
Dr. Ala Barakat has a wonderful soul. She was kind, attentive and extremely professional. As far as her staff, as soon as I step into the office, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and courtesy. Being nervous about going to the dentist, the staff, hygienist and most importantly, Dr. Barakat, put me at ease. I’m so happy to have finally found an amazing dentist who actually cares about their patients. Highly recommend.
