All Staff members friendly, and professional. The Dentist was kind patient, and very clear about what he was going to do, and what needed to be done for my next visit. For the first time in my life I actually enjoyed going to the Dentist. NO pain when he gave me my shots, filled a tooth, and pulled one tooth. I GREATLY APPRECATED ALL that helped me.
Since moving to Roseburg four years ago I have noticed a lot of patrons do not return a call when it is expected, and service has been real poor. This happens a lot. But smiles dental has been the best of the best by doing what they say they are going to do. They are true professionals and all staff are highly trained so you always know you are getting the best service possible. There prices are fair and you always know what they are doing for the charges for the visit.
Lindsey at Roseburg Smiles is amazing, thorough and caring. I highly recommend her. I like all the staff in Roseburg and of course my dentist, Dr Sharp. They are amazing professionals and people.
Very comfortable and congenial.Helpful in discounting cost as I had no insurance.
