I had previously had very good care here, but I made an appointment six months ago; I confirmed when I received the text asking for confirmation. When I arrived, I was informed that they had no record of my appointment, and that this month was full. I was angered to be treated in this manner. I let out a few choice words in my anger. I will not be returning to Smiles because of their cavalier disregard of my time.
Great humans taking care of my dental needs. Best Dentist in Northeast Nebraska.
They don't listen to the customer and want to do work that the customer didn't actually ask for and doesn't need. Furthermore, they postpone the appointment because they want to do one part of the work one day and have one of them return the next day to do the other part, or even later on the same day.
