As a new patient, I had my teeth cleaning by Deva. She was thorough and explained everything that she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Schraw did the final exam. She was personable and professional and went over everything I needed for my next visit. Sharon at the front desk went over my insurance coverage and was deligent in helping out with the costs.It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend this office.
Y’all… I get it. No one likes the dentist. No one. BUT let me tell you—Dr. Schraw is the bee’s knees. Yes, she’s a legit doctor. Yes, she’s a legit dentist (clearly an overachiever). But more than that, she’s calming—for adults and kids (my 8-year-old included), genuinely funny, encouraging, and somehow makes you feel safe and trusting even with a drill in your mouth. The office environment is clean and updated. The staff & Dr. are friendly and professional. Conveniently located in Baxter Village and wished I had discovered this office sooner. Excellent service from start to finish!
