Decided to go to this office because of the online reviews and was not disappointed! The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, the office is very clean and decorated very cute. They are professional but personable and very welcoming. On top of all of that the dental work itself is great! I’ve had a cleaning, repair to old poorly done fillings, and teeth whitening done there all 10/10 experiences. I recommended this location to my whole family and to anyone looking for a dentist. Will be a long time patient.
I absolutely have had the best experience transitioning to our new Dentist Dr. Schraw. She is very honest and thorough, and I’m loving my new smile! The office staff are very supportive and wonderful too. Sharon is amazing with appointments, billing and insurance and is so very helpful!
Went in for a new patient exam and cleaning. Diva was a wonderful hygienist and was so gentle (which I love!) Dr. Schraw was so kind and helpful. I felt comfortable the whole visit. The front desk was amazing and extremely helpful as well. 10/10 experience!
Smiles By Design is a top notch business. The ladies are all so much fun and they are so kind. Visiting the dentist isn’t my favorite activity, but I do always leave with a smile. Dr. Schraw is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend paying them a visit!
As a new patient, I had my teeth cleaning by Deva. She was thorough and explained everything that she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Schraw did the final exam. She was personable and professional and went over everything I needed for my next visit. Sharon at the front desk went over my insurance coverage and was deligent in helping out with the costs.It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend this office.
