My son came out of his visit with a scratch and bruising on his eye. They don’t allow you back with your child. This concerned me but my son has anxiety about the dentist and they do sedition and my dentist recommended them. He ended up doing well his first visit but not so much after his second visit. He came out with bruising all along the inside of his eye. He told me they needed to hold him down because he was scared. 1. There is no reason he should have been held down by his eye 2. In my experience, they were very caring and considerate of my son. They did an amazing job with him so far and were very comforting while I was emotional during his sedation. They are also very equipped for children and they are very understanding. Doctor Jacob was very thorough and nice also, very good bed side manners.

This place is a joke. Been here twice and both times took from 4-6 hours to have work done. Staff are rude. 4 hours to pull a toddler tooth. And pulled it because she got an absece from a crown that they did. Will never and i repeat never come back here again!!!!
Just seen it posted on Facebook that you are threatening parents with reporting them as child abusers. Wow! If you can't get business because of your poor business practices, the best thing to do is not double down on more horrible business practices. I hope nobody with a child brings them to you. I think that would be more appropriate to report as child abuse than not getting dental treatment.
