It’s really sad looking at these reviews about how horrible this place is to children. I’m 21 years old now and used to go here since I was 4 and I can remember that many years ago at their old location when they didn’t let my mother go with me in the back and at the end of my appointment I was crying and the nurse said I couldn’t see my mother until I stopped and called me names. never again will I take my child here I took them here cuz they're in the coronavirus these are the only people that will take a child ages 9 and fill and cap a cavity with that being said he was trying to take a tooth out premature and put a spacer in why I have no clue was he successful no
I trusted this facility to care for my toddler. And they disappointed me and my family significantly in her care. When she went last she was 2, and they didn’t even look in her mouth for more than a second. No brushing. No nothing. The visit felt pointless to me. My daughter is very ahead of the curve for her age group so I told him he could treat her like he would a three or four year old and look in her mouth. He refused. Never had a issue until Covid hit. Received a phone call today about making a appointment for my son since he missed his yearly due to Covid. Asked if the measures changed since I called back in May to schedule a appointment and was told I cant go in with my son for his appointment. He's three and a half, no way in hell am I going to have complete strangers take my son in there for a appointment. Especially after the horrible things I have heard. Will never go back again and will never recommend the place to anyone.
I have been taking my kids here for several years. I have never been crazy about it. After today we will never be returning.
Refusal to take a patient because I ask to go back with my son for a procedure is absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional! Highly recommend choosing another dentist. If a business cannot take comments made by patients about concern for their son, they are in the wrong profession! What a disgrace!
Do not take your loved ones here!! Very Very Bad Place!
They don’t let parents go back with their children and this place put the wrong fillings on my daughter’s teeth. She had to go through the whole procedure, with multiple office visits for our new dentist to fix the problem.
This is the worst place ever! Not only did they make my son fear the dentist but they cost us over $6000.00 to remove and fix my son’s teeth after they butcher his mouth. It has taken him years to be comfortable to go to the dentist. NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!
