Well this was a first! I’ve never before walked out of a dentist feeling like I want to go straight back in. Dr Yap, Sam and Helen were beyond amazing. So kind, supportive, explained everything in laymen’s terms, supported with X-rays, photos and samples to look at, didn’t rush through anything, helped us assess all our options allowing us to make informed decisions and we couldn’t be happier with starting treatment them.
I cannot recommend Smilemore Orthodontics highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Dr. Benlee Yap is an incredible orthodontist professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I cannot recommend Dr. Ben Lee and his team enough! From the moment we walked in for our first appointment, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lee was exceptional with my son, showing such a gentle and comforting approach when he put in a spacer. The entire process was seamless, and my son felt completely at ease.
