The team at SmileCentric East Indianapolis Dentistry was friendly, thorough and very understanding. Jackie really knows all about Insurance. I am on Medicare and also Delta Dental. She helped me really understand what was going on with both those insurances.The appointment was efficient and the staff courteous from start to finish. Highly recommend this dental clinic for a general dentist or teeth cleaning.
5/5 stars – We have always been treated like family at SmileCentric East Indianapolis Dentistry. The staff is friendly and punctual. I have a large family of 10 children, and Dr. Pierle always does a great job with each of them. Never pressured into treatment; the doctor goes over all dental options with utmost care. Highly recommend this dentist for the whole family! We have sent many friends and family to their practice! Thank you SmileCentric!
Nothing but good things to say about my experiences w Dr Pierli and his staff. Normally have lots of anxiety about the dentist, but this crew puts me at ease every time. I now look forward to my cleanings and have no fear of anything that might need to be fixed up.
