NEVER GO THERE They will tell that your teeth need lots of work done, your gum get swolen....My gum is healthy and no pain, but they said my gum is swolen and need treatment in 4 places!!! end up they estimate have have to pay ~1k although I got insurance.......I run away from them..........NEVER RETURN AGAIN and AGAIN....
First of all I would like to begin by saying " I Hate Dentists". I went on this site to find out about the office I had already chosen to be my provider , when I read all the horrific stories about MiraMesa Smile care. It was too late to change offices , so I had no choice but to go. At least I woul;d try the place once. WOW !!!! much to my surprize, The office was Great !!!The staff was nice, educating and Gave " ME" the choices I could pick from to do the work I needed. Never go here. They denied care to my wife and I. They would not give us a routine cleaning, and stated we both needed deep cleaning. The deep cleaning was going to cost $500 for each person. I explained to them I do not have the money right now and wanted a normal cleaning. They said they would not give me a cleaning and explained they had a payment plan available. This process only took 2 1/2 hours for nothing.
I had braces through SmileCare and I was told that if I did this procedure where they tear my fibers behind my teeth that my teeth were less likely to move (I would recommend my teeth still moved) The dentist was SO ROUGH!!!! He didn't let my mouth get numb. When I told him that I could feel it he kept going. I could hear and feel the needle puncture through the roof of my mouth. I was crying (by the way, I never cry).
