This place is horrible. They charged me and my daughter office visit fees and they were not supposed to , I even called my insurance company and they advised they even told SmileCare I didnt have a fee. Has anyone else been charged that wasn't supposed to be??
COMPLETLY MONEY HUNGRY LIARS. THEY KEPT MY WIFE WAITING FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS THEY REFUSED TO CLEAN HER TEETH BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO REPLACE A CROWN BUT STILL BILLED THE INSURANCE FOR A BOGOUS COMPREHENSIVE CHECK UP THAT LACKED COMPREHENTION. THEY WERE HAVING A REAL GOOD TIME WHILE ALL THE PATIENTS WAITED AND TRIED TO CONVINCE HER TO SIGN UP FOR OVER $7000 CREDIT THEY LAUGHED AT HER AND HUMILIATED HER WHEN SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD TO CONSULT WITH HER HUSBAND ABOUT GETTING CREDIT. These people sat my wife down for almost 4 hours trying to convince her to sign up for credit. They were charging over $7000.00 for braces and her teeth are pretty darn straight. It was like going to a car dealer I would strongly recommend to watch out for these car dealers-dentists. Every time I disagreed they walked out and came back with another figure at times dropping the cost by hundreds.
