417 Smiles has been my "dental care home" since moving back to Springfield twelve years ago and I would never consider going anywhere else. I actually look forward to my appointments because I am treated like family by everyone; from the office staff, technicians, and the three dentists. Dr. Sarah Bauer is my primary dentist but have also been treated by Dr. Steven Young, and Dr. Nathan Bauer over the years and I am very comfortable with each of them. It gives me pleasure to recommend them for the best dental care.
My son was in there this afternoon. You guys got some nerves to talk negative about my wife or my child in front of him while he was in your seat. My wife never seen this lady up front before and we have been using you guys for a while. 13 years! All 4 of my children has gone to you guys and we have recommended alot of our daycare parents also friends to you guys. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL
Super expensive and my daughter almost fell out of the chair while it was raised and they blew it off like it was nothing.
We love Smile Zone! Their staff always make us feel welcome and are very patient with my many questions. My son actually looks forward to his appointments because they've always made him feel comfortable and talk to HIM about what they will be doing instead of just to me so he feels like part of the process. I wish they took adult patients so I could come here for my dental needs!
