Super sweet staff, awesome dentist who is very knowledgeable and very gentle.
I was such a nervous Nelly going in this morning. I hadn’t been to a dentist since I was 17 yrs old. I am 54 I had let a couple teeth get really bad and was in so much pain with and infection to boot I called yesterday, and they got me in 1st thing this morning. My embarrassment was totally disregarded and I was praised for having the courage to take care of things now. And now I am no longer embarrassed nor am I afraid, and a plan of action is now in place to get them fixed and me healthier.
From the second I walked in, every single staff member was attentive, personable, and went above and beyond to make my experience a comfortable and informed one. From Holly pointing me to each restroom and offering fresh baked cookies, a heated and massaging chair, and a blanket, I was blown away by the hospitality.
