Seriously, I am so glad my sister told me about Smile Station. Dr. Rick is great with my 4 year old and she loves him. She just had a procedure done today which left stitches in her mouth and she was excited before and after her appointment because he treats her so well and is so interactive with her! Love it!
Dr. Rick and staff are amazing. He really takes his time to explain things. With my son having ADHD the staff are understanding and show great patience with him.
We love Smile Station and my kids never put up a fuss. Everyone is very nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the hygienist and the check out representative! Our Dentist is great with my kids and gives instructions in a way they can understand.
I don't know who our hygienist was today, but she was super sweet and just outstanding! My son loved her. The only thing I gathered was that she might be new to the team. There really isn't a better pediatric dental practice in Omaha!
This is the best pediatric dentist!! The staff is so friendly and professional. My daughter loves going to the dentist.
First experience was great from the time we checked in to the time we check out. The front desk was polite, the dental assistants were nice, understanding and knowledgeable. Rick was very nice, professional and honest. The office is very appropriately designed for children of all ages.
I have never had a bad experience here. My kids actually love going to the dentist. They are treated great. The staff are extremely friendly and make my kids feel at ease!
