The kids like it, but is far away from my home.
I have been taking my children here for 7 years and every experience is fantastic! My 9 year old had her first filling today and it went smooth. The staff was courteous (as always) and ensured she was comfortable and calm. Best pediatric dentist in town!
Fast appointment, thorough, very kid-friendly staff.
We have had a great experience every time we go!! Welcoming and helpful ladies at the front desk, that quickly check you in, and answer any questions. To the assistant that welcomes your child with a smile and talks with them. And the dentist, who is super kid friendly, quick, and does his job great. You know the dentist and all his employees are doing something right, when your child asks when they can come back.
We really enjoy this location. From the receptionist, to the assistant, to Dr. Rick we have a fantastic experience!
We have the best experience every time we go! My kids get excited and talk about what they are going to do the whole way there and talk about what they did the whole way home!! They brag about it to anyone that will listen. This is one appointment I don't have to worry about having to drag them to because they WANT to go. Dr. Rick is great with them - best dentist ever!
I brought my son in today for his first trip to the dentist. The staff were very friendly and patient with my son who was very curious about all the different dental instruments being used. They showed him everything and made him very comfortable before cleaning and examining his teeth. The office was set up great for kids and he just loved the train going around above us and this helped keep him distracted. Dr. Hohenstein was quick when looking at his teeth but efficient. My 5 year old went in for what would not have been a fun procedure; however, Dr Rick and his staff made him feel very comfortable. While walking out of the office my son already said he was looking forward to going back to see Dr. Rick and his staff. Thank you Smile Station for making this such a great experience!
