I thought it would be helpful to give you some feedback on our experience yesterday. I had called last week regarding a "shark" tooth my daughter had. I wasn't sure if it was something to bring her in for or not so when I called all I was told is that "yes he will want to look at it." The front staff did not warn me that the dentist may want to extract baby teeth at this appointment. This was my three year olds first appointment and all the staff made him feel very comfortable and at ease!
My daughters always love going to the dentist here. I do too, the service is excellent and everyone is very kind. All treatment plans are explained in detail.
All the ladies make my kids feel so at ease ad Dr. Brian is great with them too!
Who would think a 5 year old would love going to the dentist? Even to get a filling?! My son loves the games while he waits and watching tv while his teeth are getting done. He especially loves when Dr. Matt tells him how great he was and gives him a token for a prize. I love that it's not a struggle to take my kids, but what I appreciate is how they respect your time. I've never had to wait as much as I do elsewhere, if at all, and they are very efficient to get you out fast without skipping quality care. Finally, everyone ... read more
