My girls see Dr. Matt. He is always very friendly and his staff is really great with my children. Their office is kid friendly and our visits have almost always been quick. They are good about offering advice on how to continue to keep the girls in good dental health by letting us know about any potential problem areas to really try to keep clean; I appreciate this as a parent.
Both my kids respond well to kid friendly environment. If it is your child's first visit arrive a couple minutes early to complete paper work.
We got back very quickly. New xrays went quick, as did the cleaning. Another patient was very upset in another room, and it scared my daughter a little. It took longer than normal to see the dentist, but we knew it was because of that patient. Once it was our turn things went quick, the entire visit was done within an hour.
My Kids love going to this Dentist! And the staff is friendly and are really good with the children. Even my three year old likes getting her teeth cleaned!
As always everyone was friendly from receptionist on phone, to the receptionist who greeted us, to thr hygienist, Dr. Matt and thr billing gal!!
My daughter was very apprehensive about the dentist. They did an awesome job with her. She was comfortable and didn't have any tears this time!
The front desk assistants, the hygienists, and the dentists are all awesome in this office. They make a great team! Our procedure today was not pleasant (extraction) but everyone made my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed, and communicated the process to her.
Always an excellent experience, my kids love Smile Station!
I bring all 4 of my sons to see Dr Hohenstein. Today my 4 and 2 year olds had to have a couple of fillings done. They staff was super sweet to them and Dr Hohenstein was great. Both boys did great. They walked into the office with a smile and both left with a smile. They can't wait for their next 6 month cleaning and check up! :)
