Very satisfied about the service received at the Smile Station. Very pleased with the patience and knowledge Dr.Howenstein and his assistance showed while my child was having two teeth extracted. I highly recommend this dentist and this facility. It is also is a very child friendly atmosphere and experience :-)

I'm always impressed with the staff at Dr. Hohenstein's office as they strive to make every patient feel comfortable, informed and aware of what's going to take place. This eases in the anxiety many have when visiting the dentist and helps appointment move swiftly and smoothly. The recommendation I have is that the dental hygienist, Ashley, who is very friendly and professional, include her title when introducing herself. We had a wonderful experience at Smile Station! Dr. Carstens and his staff were so kind with my 3 year old girl who is very shy. They ensured she had a positive experience. Also, he gave me lots of great tips to help with teaching my daughter healthy dental techniques!
My kids are afraid of everything. They scream during haircuts. However, they have been angels at the dentist, thanks to the super friendly staff. I wanted their first experiences with the dentist to be positive and they certainly have been. Dr. H always takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. We are so thankful for the whole team! The kids are always excited to go.
My daughter loves EVERYONE at the smile station! They work so well with kids and make sure they feel comfortable with whatever is going on. I thought my daughter would freak out, but she just sat there while they did what they had to do. There was one time where she started crying during her second visit and didn't want to continue but they handled it very well and was able to get what they needed done. I took my almost 2 year old for her first dentist appointment and they were so patient and comforting with her. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!
My kids love smile station and the staff knew how to deal with my 2 year olds first dentist that had tears but left with a smile. Thanks for having such a fun dental experience my kids will look forward to going to for many years to come!
