The staff is friendly and quick but complete about the appointment. They know how to serve kids' needs in a great way! The televisions on the ceiling and headphones are SUPER helpful! One of my daughters was having her first x-rays and started to cry; so the staff quickly went into action to bring more staff around to help the process go very quickly and they allowed me to be right beside my daughter. We were referred by our family dentist because my 3 year old daughter had fractured her tooth and needed the help of a pediatric dentist. We were able to get in right away. The staff was very friendly and great with kids. Dr. Carstensen was great. He was friendly and personable. He provided useful information so my husband and I could make the best informed decision about our daughters care. We were able to get our daughters tooth taken care of. And she left smiling!
What an incredible clinic! From the amazing front door staff to the fantastic dental hygienist, Smile Station makes me wish I was a kid again. Dr. Bryan is like a child whisperer and makes everyone feel completely comfortable! Our family is so thankful for the Smile Station and the staff!!! THANK YOU!
The staff here are great! Very professional and friendly. Our dental hygienists were quick but thorough out which was a plus especially for my 1 year old. Dr. Carstens was a pleasure and gave me great information in regards to my children's dental health, including what to anticipate in the future. Great experience for both kids.
This being my first child, and never having fillings myself, these people were awesome. From the receptionists scheduling, to the sweet and comforting hygenists, and last but not least our talented, efficient, compassionate dentist. I have to drive almost an hour to get to this place and it is soooo worth it! I can't say enough about these good people. Smile Station is the only dentist office I will ever bring my children to. Thank you!!
The staff is excellent!!! They did a great job working with my son who is very afraid of the dentist.
My toddler was immediately comfortable as soon as we walked in. Went right in to play in the play room. Dental assistant and dentist were very friendly and made my son feel safe and he was not scared at all for his first dental visit. Absolutely loved the train, tv and head phones, and the quarter toy machine at the end of the visit. Very impressed. The only constructive criticism I have is it could have been a little more private instead of out in the open.
I have had several terrible experiences with pediatric dentists around the Omaha area since my daughter has been old enough to need routine cleanings. I have a friend who recommended Smile Station for her care. I was very surprised at how friendly the staff was upon arrival, and how open my daughter was with the assistant who performed her x-rays and cleanings. Very polite, communicated effectively with my daughter, and was very thorough in explanation with me which is important to me as her parent. Thanks!
We've had great experiences with Smile Station since the first visit and yesterday was no different. From the always pleasant front desk staff, to the amazing hygienists and techs, to our favorite Dr Matt, I am always happy with our visit and would never dream of going anywhere else.
