I took my kiddos there for their first dental visit and I can't say enough good things about this facility and the group of people working there. They are so outgoing and friendly. They were there to help and make sure every question we have is answered. Dr. Matt and his staff were outstanding for working with my kids and making them and us parents feel as comfortable as possible. I must say walking in there it blew my mind away with how kid friendly everything and everyone was. So awesome!!! would highly recommend.
I'm so glad I found Dr. Matt. I take comfort in the care he provides for my daughter!
Everything was great about our visit. Didn't have to wait too long, hygenists were professional and kind.
My son is only 20 months but didn't cry once. He loved watching the train go around the room. The doctor and nurse gave us some good advice and overall we had a great first visit!
We love Smile Station! Just recently took my son there for the 1st time but my daughter has been going there for 2 years! We love the staff, everyone is always so friendly, the atmosphere is especially kid friendly! My son loved the Thomas the train that goes around the top of the clinic! Dr Matt is excellent and so good with the kids! My daughter really loves going to the dentist!
Everyone was friendly, we got in early, and check-up and teeth cleaning was accomplished efficiently and quickly. Previously, this special-needs child had refused to even get into the chair or open her mouth. Technicians and dentist were able to coax, encourage, compliment, and positively influence her to complete the necessary procedures without tears, fits, or yelling from her. What an accomplishment! We love the Smile Station and Dr. Schieber!!!
My little one can be shy, the staff made the visit a GREAT one!! The dental hygienist was very sweet and made sure to explain everything she was going to do before she did it all. She even got my little one to sit still for x-rays!! The dentist himself was awesome, he wasn't dull and standoff ish feeling as some can be. He really did take his time with her. After visiting other dentists in the metro area - we came to Dr. Rick with a lot of anxiety. My daughter had nothing but negative experiences. When we walked in the door, the crew at Smile Station was ready to turn it all around. My daughter left today with a smile on her face and a skip in her step!
