This place is geared towards little kids 100%, I wish I could have gone here as a child. They were so patient and friendly, my son loved it. When we were done he didn't want to leave!

The staff was so friendly from the moment we opened the door. The office is kid friendly while being meticulously neat and sanitary. Our experience was positive from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this office and staff to any and all families.
The entire staff, as well as Dr. Carstens, were great with my daughter. Being in customer service/healthcare myself, I recognize what a difference it makes to just have a conversation with your customer/family to establish a working relationship. My daughter didn't blink an eye while getting her teeth checked... what a difference it makes to remember that in caring for kids, they are not just "little adults"!!
I took my 18 month old daughter to Dr. Matt at the Smile Station today. We had an amazing experience! The staff at the Smile Station is warm, friendly, and extremely professional. It put me at ease and made my kiddo feel perfectly comfortable navigating this brand new experience for the very first time. If you are shopping around for a pediatric dentist, Dr. Matt at the Smile Station, is the absolute best in town!! :)

Being newer parents this was the first time we had to work with a pediatric dentist for an emergency since my child fell and his tooth was moved out of place. Not only were they very friendly and reassuring but you can tell in a moment that they are good at keeping parents and kids calm and got down to business, explaining what the options were and how we had a say in the treatments. We were very impressed to say the least and I would highly recommend them. They put my panicked two-year-old at ease within minutes!
