Dr. Urda and her crew are GREAT! I came here for a second opinion after being told I had 14 cavities (after having none in my life) and turned out I did have nearly that many, but each one was taken care of over several appointments with care! I always feel comfortable with the ladies in the office and will continue to go here as long as I live in Chicago!
Very pleasant experiences during each of my visits! Everyone there are such beautiful people. They take the time to explain why certain procedures should be done first and what may occur if not. My hygienist, Kia!!! The Best!!! Absolutely no pain!! Highly recommended! Parking is not so good.
Great talented people (I think their all a little crazy, I'm not sure what they do after hours), but lots of fun (considering it's a dentist) and just the other day, they started to put my teeth back in, instead of taking them out for a change! So perhaps I will be getting "my smile science" mojo back soon!
Truly one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. From the front desk to the dental chair. They even have a kids play room. Just all around amazing.
The Smile Science staff is so kind! Reception did a wonderful job of accommodating my work schedule for three separate appointments within one week. Dr. Urda made a fairly painful process into the most pleasant situation possible. She was gentle, funny and skilled with her work. Nobody really enjoys going to the dentist, but I am recommending this office to all of my friends!
