I brought my 12 month old there
I liked the dentist fine but the office staff was not kind, in fact they were down right rude. I won’t be returning because it’s difficult enough taking 3 kids to the dentist let alone when the office staff being unkind and rude.
so glad i got switch here! felt safe and happy with dr. jansen and the girls upfront
The staff we have had to interact with were all great! Dr Jensen and his staff have gotten my daughter to not be as afraid to go to the dentist. The procedure of filling her cavities was very calming for her and she did great! Thank you to the staff at Smile Reef(Ann Rd) for making our daughters experience at the dentist a good one! �
I love this place!! All the staff was so kind, helpful and patient with my little ones!! My kids had fun and got toys and stickers!! Yay for no cavities and sparkly clean teeth!!
Love love LOVE this place! My son has Autism/Asperger's and I've been petrified for years when it comes to taking him to see a dentist. They were absolute pro's, handled everything perfectly and my son is actually looking forward to going there again! Thank you so much for making this such a hugely positive experience for my son and especially me. I truly can't thank you enough!!
My five year old son came in to have his cavities fixed. The staff was wonderful and so good with him the entire time we were there. I will definitely bring him back for his 6 month check up!!
