RecommendedClean facility, very nice staff! Love the fish devote! Dr was wonderful and very polite!! My daughter loved getting her teeth cleaned here as they did a great job and were friendly!
My daughter had a procedure done today. She’s five. I saw a review on here stating that they aren’t comfortable leaving their child’s side during the procedure and they do not recommend this place. But my daughter was completely fine getting her mouth worked on while I waited just 10 or so feet away in the waiting room. They did inform me if she were to become uncomfortable or upset, they’d have me come in. But she did wonderfully. And I respected their work space. The office was beautiful the staff was nice my daughter was going to get a procedure there she is four. They told me the policy is that parents aren't allowed in the room when a child is sedated. For this reason, alone we will take our money elsewhere. The manager was not budging or compromising on the policy. So if you are not comfortable leaving your child alone with strangers I do not recommend it.

For the most part all the dental staff was very good with the kids. My issue was with the manager Antonia, she was giving us wrong pricing, not forth coming and horrified or attitude. She was arguing with the insurance company on the phone with me and acting like her information was correct, instead of listening to what the insurance company was saying. Have tried several times to reach out to whoever was over her and haven’t heard from anyone. Her customer service is horrible and am thinking about elevating higher up.

Me and all 3 of my kids went for a visit today, and had the best experience! It was hard handling all 3 kids at the same time but the staff was great and helped as much as they could. They were gentle and great with my kids.
