My appointment was scheduled for 11am and I arrived at about 10:55. Was greeted very pleasantly by the receptionist. She knew me by name which was a nice surprise. Before I could sit down I was called in by the dental hygienist and it wasn't even 11:00 yet. My cleaning went smoothly and quickly. Dr. Otten then came in and did his check up. He was very though and thoughtful of everything I needed to know. I was oh the door by 11:25. I would recommend this dental office to everyone. Thank you CR Smiles

This office is incredibly professional and kind. I have used this office for fillings and regular cleanings and always feel respected and cared for. Recently I had a cleaning and needed to bring my 3 month old son. The staff members took care of him while my teeth were cleaned! So kind and caring at CR Smiles!
