I have visited Dr. Otten's office, CR Smiles, several times in the past year, and it has always been a great experience with the dental work that he has done for me. I also want to thank his staff for the cheerful greetings and professional assistance that they have provided during this time. I recommend them highly. The office is located on Spring Green and Cinco Ranch right across from McDonald's.

Took me right away when dog. Chewed up my partial. Everyone treated me so nice like I had been there for years! It was my first time. Now he is my dentist of course!! Has set up a plan to get me fixed up. Thank you so much.
