The absolute best pediatric dentist we’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. All three of my kiddos have been seeing Dr. Matt for a little over a year now, and every visit has been met with patience, understanding, and genuine care. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that helps both kids and parents feel comfortable and at ease, which makes such a difference. We are consistently happy with Smile Place! Laura is the best hygienist, she is always patient and kind. Dr. Matt is truly the kindest dentist I have ever met. My five year old is comfortable with him, and he’s very gentle and patient. Love this place!
We recently moved to the Upstate from across the country and had come to know about Smile Place through a Google search. Our 2 and 5 year olds had their first checkups today and we were so pleased with how well all of the staff and Dr Matt provided care. The whole team made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The office is very clean and fun! We’ll look forward to returning in 6 months!
So I placed an appointment last month and couldn’t make it because my son had a doctor’s appointment. It said in the messages that if I didn’t fill out the paperwork or confirm the appointment then my appointment would be given to another child. So I didn’t fill out the paperwork and they canceled my appointment. I tired to make another one this month and now they are saying since we didn’t come to the first one that I cant ever make another appointment through them again.
