So I placed an appointment last month and couldn’t make it because my son had a doctor’s appointment. It said in the messages that if I didn’t fill out the paperwork or confirm the appointment then my appointment would be given to another child. So I didn’t fill out the paperwork and they canceled my appointment. This practice is great with kids. The whole office is great from Melissa at check in and checkout to Mrs. Wills and Heather and the Dr. The whole staff is GREAT
