The Doctors and Team are badass. They were over-the-top sweet and considerate to my girls. They have been so good to my kids. I have horrible memories as a kid going to the dentist and we ended that generational trauma by taking our kids to Smile Place. 😃
We love the Smile Place! The staff is wonderful, communicative, and engaging. We have had great interactions with everyone there, but it’s Dr. Matt at the Five Forks location who keeps us coming back. He is kind to the kids, explains things well to parents, and is just generally very good at his profession. I have been particularly impressed that Dr. Matt and our orthodontist have collaborated together on some specific issues one of our sons has. Our visit was everything I could have hoped for for our 2-year-old’s first dentist appointment! The entire staff was warm, patient, and welcoming, making the experience fun and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything and made our little one feel comfortable every step of the way. We left with smiles all around, and we’re so thankful for such a positive first dental experience. Highly recommend!
