I love this dental office. They have a prayer request box in the office lobby. Like what doc u know is promoting Jesus? Will continue to come!!!!
It’s always a lovely experience coming to the Smile Institute of Family Dentistry. The staff are phenomenal, always professional and handle you with so much care. From my first visit I noticed everyone was very patient with me and spoke to me as if I was a friend and not another appointment to check off their list. Friendly staff, excellent service from all staff. Care instructions were professional, practical and clear. The service is excellent. You are fully informed of your status and given instructions on how to keep your teeth healthy. Dr Tucker-Mims and staff are friendly and a peaceful atmosphere.
I am always greeted and staff is courteous. I am also seen timely. It was also great to see employees that have been there awhile. I don’t care to see new staff at each visit. Longevity is reflective of a pleasant work environment. Dr is always professional and presents as prepared. Keep up great work. I would recommend this practice.
I love this Dental Clinic. I have a lot of trauma from past Dentist and Dr. Mims specializes in helping people with Dental trauma and phobias. From the moment you step into the clinic it’s set up to be a comfortable experience. You’ll also notice that it smells so good in there. Other Dental Clinics smell like medicine/Novocain and that medicine smell is very triggering for me. But when you walk into Smile Institute it smells really good like a spa.
