Excellent service friendly stafflo 9
Thanks for the lavender essential oil! I always appreciate the level of care and knowledge of the staff. Dr. Mims does an excellent job of demonstrating excellence throughout her office and her staff are committed to maintaining the standard.
I've been going to Dr. Mim's for many years. She is very competent, kind. Her entire staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. The facility and equipment are very modern. The only complaint is that bills tend go out prior to being run through insurance.
It started out with needing more work than I expected, and having pain after, to the doctor going back in to adjust very minor issues. I now feel better this morning of 6/4/25 and very grateful for her patience with me and sensitive bedside manner. Thank you Smile Institute of Family Dentistry!!
I’m always nervous at the dentist but the calming atmosphere took my anxiety away. Beautiful serene location, staff is knowledgeable, friendly and I felt heard and my concerns understood without being judged. I was very anxious at the start but it changed to trust. Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist, thank you for the aromatherapy and calm atmosphere.
