SCAMMERS!!!!! At the time of my visit I had 2 insurances and was told I would have no bill. 3 months later a $200 bill comes in the mail. I call speak with Asia, who says she will look into it and call me back. 2 weeks pass, no call, receive another bill in the mail. At this point I call and just pay the bill, since obviously THEY HAVE NO CLUE how to handle insurance processes. 2 weeks after I pay, a collections account is placed on my husband's credit (he is the insurance holder), and they have no knowledge of it and offere... read more

This patient did have 2 dental plans. The way the process works, we submit to primary plan first. After primary pays or denies a claim is sent to secondary with copy of primary EOB. This explains why she would not receive a statement until it is clear what her copay is. There are no notes with regard to calls or inquires from patient. We have never had an employee named Asia. Several statements were sent to this patient. After 180 days we place an account with a collection agency. The agency sends a letter giving the patient... read more
My son went to get a cleaning done and his mouth bleed for 2 days. The person who worked on his teeth were making him uncomfortable with slick remarks and attitude that was not professional. This was his first time and I would have thought that since he is of mixed race he would be treated professionally if nothing else. We won't be coming back.

Today was my first appointment. Before that. I had a very thorough exam with my new Dentist. I had a great consult. I stated my concerns and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. previously cleanings ler my mouth sore and not wanting to get my teeth cleaned. at Smile Forever Dentistry/ I had a great cleaning and Wonderful experience. The Hygienist was gentle and caring. Only draw back the Hygienist was filling in for someone. I do hope the regular Hygienist will be as caring.
Had an issue, I was seen immediately. Issue resolved. Thanks to Pamela and Dr. Moss who always take great care of me.
Great, love her, she is a very good dentist, I trust her, she is very delicate that is the reason I keep going to Smile forever
