Smile Dental Family is a place I would highly recommend. I recently got some dental work done and they did a great job. Super professional service and for that reason I will keep coming back.
I had some dental work done at Smile Family in Coral Gables. As one can imagine I was nervous and fearful of the procedure, but Dr. Paola exhibited a sympathetic bedside manner. Her great bedside manner was only surpassed by her extraordinary talent as an odontologist.
This place is amazing—I’ve been coming here for years, and they truly treat me like family. I get my cleaning once a year, and they always take the time to educate me on how to properly care for my teeth and maintain my dental health. Special thanks to Patty for her exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
On December 18, I had two teeth prepped for crowns at Smile Family Dental Group through a VA Community Care referral. After the procedure, I was sent home with both teeth left exposed and no temporary crowns placed. This is a basic standard of dental care and should not occur. When I reported this to the VA, the office manager, who is also the owner, failed to take responsibility and provided inaccurate information to VA staff about what happened.
