I love how fast they are able to respond to my calls and if I miss an appointment they are on me about it which is nice since I tend to be forgetful
The staff and doctor always seems very friendly and caring. My children have never had a difficult time getting appointment and they don't seem to mind going at all. I have recommended Alpha Orthodontics to a few people.
We LOVE everything about Harmony Smiles! The dentists and staff are extraordinary!! The facility is awesome and we never have to wait for long. Even the waiting room is pretty cool...touch screens to check in, good music, and magazines to entertain all. But the staff is definitely what seals the deal for us. They are cheerful and friendly and can bring a smile to even the crabbiest teenager!
My daughter goes here regularly and she never leaves with any questions or fears or concerns, which is very reassuring.
Ever since I've been going here, I finally get compliments on my smile. They treat each patient like an individual here and it's something i truly appreciate.
