If you want to be well taken care of as you go through the braces process - this is the place if you are the patient or the waiting party (I’ve been both). My son calls it the happiest place on earth, you definitely feel welcomed. As a patient, they are friendly and do what’s best. If you are the one waiting, there is always coffee, monthly fun days, and wonderful receptionist...and on doctor days there are yummy cookies. So, if you need braces come here, it’s good for everyone!
They are the best! I love walking into their smiling faces! They have the best customer service and always go out of their way to make sure my child is comfortable!
There is seriously no better place than Smile Doctors!!! As a whole family, we ALL LOVE TO GO!!! They are the happiest, friendliest staff I have ever seen in my entire life! The moment we walk into their environment we feel welcomed and cared for. They have done wonders on my boys’ teeth! I am always recommending them to everyone!!

I had such a wonderful previous experience with Dr. Jennifer and her team through my braces procedure. However, It’s been less than a year since I got my braces taken off and had the metal permanent retainer put in on my bottom teeth. Recently I was flossing my teeth and the wire just popped out from the end. I called hoping they can glue it back on but they want to charge me an additional $135????? That’s insane!
