Total Rip-Off- Smile Design Dentistry charged me $150 for an Agingivectomy that my insurance clearly covers at no cost. When I questioned it with the practice manager, Ms. Jacqulyn basically said they didn't care what the insurance says-this is the way the corporation does business. and that they charged you on another occasion also. Blatantly unprofessional. Avoid this company unless you want to be overcharged and ignored!
All of the staff are great! Like to name a few special people who have went above and beyond for me. Brianne, Jessica, Kelly and Primerose thank you.
