They gave my friend Karla Flores really bad customer service. The lady in the front desk was really rude about scheduling an appointment for her. Over all this dental clinic is BELOW THE LINE and unprofessional.
If I would give it a 0 I would, went in for my first appointment and they didn’t have me in the system and the lady in the front gave me attitude just because she thought I had the wrong place but clearly they’re the ones that messed up when scheduling my appointment. I knew I hadn’t called the wrong place because I had dropped my resume off two weeks ago so I had the CORRECT number.
I had always been afraid of the dentist. But dr do and her staff are definitely very professional and very warming and welcoming. They definitely made me less scared. From the moment I stepped into that door, they welcome me. They knew I was nervous so they were definitely really patience with me and took the time, and very easily to conversant with. Overall I had a good experience there and I’ll definitely be returning for my next 6 months.
If you're new to Pearland area and looking for a Dentist, I recommend coming here! Great with kids. Good customer service and also CLEAN!
Dr. Do and her staff are amazing. I've had my teeth cleaned, had extractions, and currently braces. I've had braces when I was teenager and my teeth shifted back due to my neglect of not wearing retainers. They were so painful back then but the braces I have on now feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them.
My family and I have been coming to dr do office for years, we never had any type of issue. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They always welcome us right when we walk in and always make us feel like home. That is why we always come back!
