It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule, however the day of my appointment for dental work, they called my home phone during business hours and left me a message letting me know they changed my appointment time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I love how attentive they are here.
