thorough cleaning with attention to gum regression Although I feel that Patsy gave me a thorough cleaning with attention to my issues with gum loss, I feel that she is a bit aggressive in her approach. There was one point where she hooked my gum causing what I feel was unnecessary bleeding. This felt as if it were an accidental injury rather than a side effect of necessary tartar removal. I like Patsy but feel that she could slow down just a bit to make this a more pleasant experience.
Excellent service and responsiveness. When I called in the morning to request an appointment to fit me in for an unexpected dental need the staff responded very quickly and arranged an appointment to meet my available schedule. The service provided was excellent and my needs were addressed.
