Always a good experience Quick, relatively painless cleaning. My hygienist is always great about making sure I'm well educated about how to care for my teeth and gums. Paperwork--insurance matters and checkout--always goes quickly.
Problem solved Can't say enough about the prompt and exceptional care that I received. Called on a Thursday with a problem and was in the chair @ 7:30 a.m. the following Monday (office is closed on Friday). Dr. M and assistant quickly and effectively diagnosed my problem and w/I an hour or so I was on my way and feeling like a new person. If only every healthcare professional could deliver like the people @ SmileCharlotte.

High Level Care Over the nearly 20 years as a patient I have found routine or treatment visits to be of a very high quality. Dr. Menaker and his staff have been thorough and comprehensive in nature. The hygienists have proven to strike the right balance so as to not be rushed yet prompt. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking routine or advanced dental care.

Although I feel that Patsy gave me a thorough cleaning with attention to my issues with gum loss, I feel that she is a bit aggressive in her approach. There was one point where she hooked my gum causing what I feel was unnecessary bleeding. This felt as if it were an accidental injury rather than a side effect of necessary tartar removal. I like Patsy but feel that she could slow down just a bit to make this a more pleasant experience.
