For something as dreaded as dentist appointments the office is always professional, prompt, and courteous.
I my self, would prefer to know when I have a credit on my account. My insurance company paid on one of my visits and carecredit also paid. I have a loan throu them. So my bill was paid twice. The difference was applied as a credit on my account. I would like to have the overpayment refunded so I can put it on my carecredit loan payments. Im paying interest on this loan while the overpayment just sits there in my account. Other than that. I dont have any issues. Thanks for your concern. As I explained with the email I sent to you, we are unable to send a refund for services until we receive the payment from the insurance company. Normally, the patient receives their EOB from their insurance about a week or so before the provider receives the check. We received that on Oct. 14th and I have started the process for the refund. Thanks again for your question.
Your office is very professional and nice. I have already referred my husband who went in for his first visit today. He was completely satisfied and had only nice things to say about your office.The only negative was he felt the paperwork was redundant.
I have always looked forward to my dental visits ONLY because of the excellent service that is always provided. Honestly it's worth the discomfort I have to endure! It's always a pleasure to see all the friendly faces and made to feel I'm visiting a spa and not my dentist :) Thank you for always making me feel special and thanks Teresa for being a part of our family.

I'm very satisfied with the experience I had with all the personal that greeted me from the time I called on the phone to make appointment tell the time I walked out the door after my 1st appointment. Dr. Sullivan was greet as he did not push me into any thing that I would not need wright away. Dr. Sullivan is very polite. Kelly said she would tech me dentistry math.
