I just would like to express some concerns regarding a visit for my daughter’s braces. We were scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday 05/20/25 but were rescheduled as the dentist was not coming in that day. When we were rescheduled the process felt rushed as they had to reschedule multiple appointments. During the procedure my daughter felt a warm burning sensation on her face. First of all the staff is friendly, I’ve been bringing my son here for his braces for months now and I haven’t had an issue with any of the ladies at the front desk. My issue is with the actual Orthodontist, first of all, there’s only one orthodontist for a bunch of kids, second of all she always arrives late, for example if they tell you that she’s going to be there at a certain time she never arrives at that time, and when she does get there she doesn’t even greet the patients or the parents that are already on the hair wa... read more
