Today would have been my first visit. Although my pain level is out of this world, I left due to the smell of the office the professionalism of the receptionist. She was rude and cursing. I was not greeted I spoke she didn’t speak back I asked where do I sign in, do I need to fill out any documents since it’s my first visit, things that she should be asking or prompting me to complete the documents. If the basics of the office and service is presented in this manner then I do not wish to receive any services.

First, I want to think the staff at Smile Center Dental. These women are awesome with there patient communication skills dealing with the public. I have visited many dental facilities over the years and have always been scared to death in having the work done unless they put me to sleep. I had a tooth ache and schedule an appointment on a walk in and this is when I met Dr. Kamel. I can honestly say she is the best I have ever been too!
