We love this place, been going here for the past 2 years. Hygienists are very kind and professional and the Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and sweet. We always feel very comfortable coming here. I needed a crown but unlike other places I didn’t have to come for multiple visits because they had all the equipment to make the crown at the clinic itself. It was done in one visit including the adjustments and I had no problems since then. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars 😄
I was greeted promptly in a very friendly respectful manner. All the current covid precautions were applied noticibly. After a short wait I was diagnosed and treated for a (thankfully minor) condition. I was well informed about next steps by each person I communicated with. Overall a really comforting experience.

My family has enjoyed the services of Dr. Shetty and her team since shortly after arriving in Austin nine years ago. Every visit has been exemplary. As a new patient, I visited Dental Smiles after not seeking oral treatment in MANY years. The staff was compassionate and informative. The overall environment was safe and did not provoke any insecurities. I recommend this practice without any reservation.
Dr. Sheri and Mary my dental hygienist are really professional as well as very personable. I love the music they select and they really make you feel special from the front desk area and beyond.
