It was very good. I was taken in to the room very quickly. Did not have to wait long to get started.

I got a cleaning from a hygienist I had never met. She said she usually worked only on Fridays, but she was substituting for someone else. It was a little frustrating because my chart was not up-to-date for some reason, and it contained no indication that I had been there in the last year. I had, in fact, been there more than once in that time, for cleanings and other work. The hygienist was very nice, she was able to confirm my recent appointments, and perform the cleaning quickly and professionally.
I was thrilled with the friendly service my daughter and I received while visiting esthetic smiles. I felt the warmth of the staff,and believe the care was genuine !!!

I'm starting to expect the same service I get at Esthetic smile at other businesses I use, they always great you with a smile, their staff is thoughtful and courteous, and I even got a kit with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash and dental floss. Esthetic smile has raised the bar again, if you're visiting any other dentist, you don't know what you're missing.
Very nice staff... Friendly and always accomadating for appointments.
