My father paid for a crown. Now their phone number is disconnected. I've reached out to one of the doctors who's website says the name of this practice is now Shadyside Orthodontics. No wonder, they're shady. I want my father's crown or his money back, please.
I have been terrified of the dentist for years, ever since a bad experience. The kindness the staff showed me was beyond what they are required to do per their job. The dentist I had was a very nice woman, she was soft spoken and gentle. I had a really tough extraction but she helped me through it. no laughing gas though and no type of sedation offered. Still got through it though and I will go back... If I HAVE to. Thanks smile care center!
Worst dental office ever staff unprofessional your paper work also get lost or wrong info get put in chart can only see the dentist two days out of the week can't get an emergency appointment not worth the hassle!!!
