I had fun and you guys are very nice.
I had really good and positive experience.
Dr. Noor was outstanding! He was thorough explaining the procedures. Answered all my question in details and never made me feel I was rushed. I left the office feeling happy and excited to start the procedures. I'd recommend Dr. Noor to everyone in a hear beat.
Once I signed in I was quickly seen. They performed x rays, cleaning and answered all my questions. The dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and was gentle/took her time. They provided me with information and strategies for preventative care. Both dentists were friendly and easy to talk to regarding my dental needs. I would recommend going here.
A better smile is worth it
When I walked into the office I was greeted by the receptionist who was extremely nice. My appointment was for 1:30pm but an emergency happened so it was pushed back. Every staff member that came in contact with apologized and offered me something. They truly seemed sorry for my inconvenience. I understood that there was an emergency so I did not mind waiting but I especially didn't mind waiting because they were so nice. I have never experienced such great customer service.
Dentist was nice and easy going. Front end staff were welcoming and accommodating with schedule. I wish I was able to speak to the financial counselor. I also felt like they were pushing the Invisalign, but I guess that's where the bulk of financing comes from.
I was very happy overall. Fast, courteous, professional, take the time to talk to you, make sure you understand, really felt that I was in good hands.
I thinks is one of the best dental office of New York City.
