My experience was very good! I had bought a groupon for the first time as I no longer have dental insurance. The staff was very friendly and the office was very clean and modern. It took a bit longer than I had originally planned out but all in all it was good. I'd recommend this place to others.
After 4 or 5 consultations with other Invisalign providers, I was referred to Smile Cafe by a Smile Cafe client while in the order line at Chipotle. She raved about the place, and I was skeptical, based on the consultations that I'd recently had. But, I was hopeful. By far the best dentist visit I have ever been to!
Friendly, good office, administration is good as they try to call you and explain few things before you come;good use of technology to fill the health questionnaire online; normal wait for 10 minutes which i think is normal as i have waited more for all other dentists. I just think if they can use marketing techniques like if we do 3 cavities then 100 dollar discount or just package more stuff for less costs. I've been going to this office for ten years. Service has always been good.
It is always a please to meet with Dr. Noor and everyone on staff at the office. Everyone is very thorough and they are very good about making you feel at ease. I have confidence that they are sure about what they are doing and I am so glad I found this office for my Invisalign treatment!
