I was very pleased. From making appt , email contact, front desk, dentist, cleaning it all clicked and felt for a brief moment that i actually liked visiting the dentist!
I rescheduled our appts to two seperate days in order to have consult & cleaning done on the same appointment... all they had were two different days for me and my daughter. I took my daughter to hers and they said she had to come back another day for cleaning since we were 15 minutes late. Then I went today and they said the same to me for being 10 minutes late. Overall personnel are kind, honest and professional. Appointments occasionally late to begin but not too bad.
