This is was great experience, the atmosphere was very relaxing and fun staff was friendly and knowledgeable, excellent service ( got a cleaning), It has been the best experience i had atin a dentist office, I will go back every 3 month if i cud.
The staff and doc both were excellent
I went to this Doctors office for a teeth whitening appointment as it is located just steps away from my office. The staff was very professional and friendly. I did not have to wait long to get seen and they seemed knowledgeable about the process. Doctor was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Very nice staff and great service. If I could afford to get my teeth fixed there, I would. Highly recommended.
I was a little bit late to my appointment because I got stuck in the subway. When I finally arrived [15 minutes post my appointment time] I was kindly greeted and asked if I wanted anything to drink. My overall impression was great - and all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did have to wait until about 3:40 or so to be seen by the Doctor, but I was late in the first place so not sure if that had any impact or not.
I had the best dental cleaning by Melanie. She had much wisdom, knowledge, and guidance and a gentle touch!
I love this place! Everyone shoulf go here! They made me want to go to the dentist all the time! They ate so friendly and inviting

The service at the Smile Cafe Dental Spa was great. I really appreciated the time the doctor spent with me. His attitude was great, he clearly explained to me my options, was very attentive and didn't seem to be in a rush (so many doctors do and it gives a bad feeling to a patient).
