Amazing Dentist Office! Highly Recommend!
Loved my experience at Smile Dental Cafe The atmosphere is professional but fun, not stuffy like most dental offices. I rushed to my appointment from work and was greeted and taken into my appt within 5 minutes. The dental assistant was super nice and considerate, and chatted with me about my dental goals. I really like this place! My other dentist wasn't attentive as the staff here.
I made an appointment for a cleaning but I only got X-rays and a meeting with the dentist. It was apparent the dentist didn't remember my name because he was unable to show me the photos the dental assistant took of my teeth. The dentist also seemed rush
Very friendly and helpful! The doctor and everyone there are always very informative and answered all my questions until I was comfortable with the treatment that was prescribed to me.
I had a great time, the office made me feel welcome and the music made me relax (especially as someone who hates dentist). I felt I got proper care and that time was taken to talk to me about my options. Thank you!
I am so happy to have found a dentist office in NYC I can trust. Everyone here is very friendly, caring, and helpful. I came in for X-rays for my TMJ and the entire process went so smoothly. The doctor had very helpful input for my TMJ. This place is now my go to dental office!
