Friendly staff and neat sorroundings, I look forward to my second session!
The hygienist and dentist that assisted me through my appointment were so helpful and informative. The cleaning was very good and they evaluated my bite and advised me of my options to correct it. They pointed out the faulty work done by my previous orthodontist and were helping me understand what went wrong and how it can be fixed. If I choose to get Invisalign, I will definitely be coming back to Smile Cafe.
From the staff to the doctor, everyone was a pleasure. Everyone was friendly, greeted me at the door. The experience really made me feel welcomed. The best part is that they really care about turning your smile to perfection. Thanks!!!
I must say my experience at the clinic was really good. I had literally no wait time and was pleased with the work I had done. The staff I encountered was respectful and very professional. I was very pleased with the service and the visit overall.
Pretty impressed. My visit to this office was unlike my usual dentists experiences in NYC; it was pleasant, I was well received, not kept waiting and given the upmost consideration.
I was referred by a coworker because I was looking for a new dentist. I just expected this to be like a normal dentist office when I went. It definitely wasn't. Immediately when you walk in, you get a very modern and fun vibe. I sat in the lobby for about 2 minutes before they took me back, so it was super fast. The staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I usually hate going to the dentist, but this was a great experience.

After searching for quite some time for a dentist here in the city, I took a chance with Smile Dental after reading good reviews on ZocDoc, and I'm glad I did! It was a lovely experience from the very first phone call I had with reception. They got me in the same day for a first exam and cleaning.
