The hygenist was very gentle, but kind of made me feel bad about having as much plaque as I did. Although she did a great job, I felt like she was reprimanding me and putting me down at the same time. I would have been happier if she just cleaned my teeth and then had the actual dentist explain all of his concerns with me. The team is very friendly and professional.
I feel confident. Everyone I encountered from the front desk administrator to the consultation room. Dr. Noor is very knowledgeable and he took his time explaining my dental options. I am so looking forward to going back to complete the plan we have in place!
When i arrived everyone was very polite and nice. I didn't wait for a long time which is awesome. I had a teeth cleaning to do and everything when smoothly. The doctor also recommend a couple of things that needed to be addressed and i will definitely choose Smile Cafe Spa to fix them. Definitely recommended.
I'm always seen on time, the dentist is always friendly, and they are very understanding about what you can afford - no pressuring or guilting you into getting dental work on the spot. That is very important to me.
Great consultation experience look forward to working with the Doctors here.
Great visit. I felt valued and well treated here. Wait times were minimal. The music and decor is festive.
