Great customer service! Not too long waiting in the lobby. Easy to talk to the staff and fair amount of time in the appointment.
I always receive the most amazing support, care, and experience whenever I go to Smile Cafe. I have been a patient for over a year and in that time I have done several procedures and the staff is always friendly, timely and informative. I would recommend them to anyone.
The nicest dentists I've ever met!
I been to this clinic for years, any emergency or just a follow, all the drs and technician are all god sent. Recently I have an emergency that need to be seen by Dr. Noor. Everyone I interacted with at Smile Cafe was so nice and helpful. I went in for a cleaning and saw the hygienist, dentist, and orthodontist. Each person was so knowledgeable and explained different treatment plans for me. I had started ortho treatment 3 years ago and didn't finish. I was worried that since i went into the cafe with a groupon for a cleaning someone would pressured me into getting treatment, but in no way was that the case. My story began when I was around 12y/o, in a country where i came from, doctors told me that it was too late to straighten my teeth as allegedly whatever I could have done to them, I had to do it at the age of seven or earlier. they basicly ruined my youth as it was only 20 years ago. Everyone in the office was very friendly. I was impressed because a lot of healthcare providers in the city do not go out of their way to be nice but everyone here was very kind.
They care about me and are encouraging when helping me with my painful cavities.
I have only just started going to the smile cafe but they are by far the nicest office I have ever been to! And very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and confident in their abilities.
